Approvals: what you need to know
The Savanna Pod Lux is not certified to the National Construction Code (NCC). Depending on how and where it's placed, your council may require planning, building or other approvals, and the pod may need further works or certification for your intended use.
Connection to your property's power and water must be done by a licensed electrician and plumber.
Any approvals for your site are your responsibility as the owner, so please check with your council or a registered building surveyor before ordering. We can provide the specs, photos and test reports they'll ask for.
